In order to avoid confusion, on this site we are showing the cost of the home without the lot price. When you visit one of our display homes, the prices given to you will include the cost of the lot in that particular development. For homes built in other developments we encourage you to let us help you in acquiring the lot of your dreams. With our experience and relationships in the region, we should be able to get you a better deal on that particular lot.
